Since Dec. 22, 2018, the United States government has been shut down with no estimated end date. In our continued focus as a local business to provide our clients peace of mind, we want to provide support to customers impacted by the shutdown where able.
If you call and confirm you are government employee whose job has been furloughed due to the shutdown, and are having trouble making a payment as a result, some of our insurance companies have offered billing adjustments to temporarily assist during this unanticipated hardship.
Again, we have been notified by a few of our insurance partners that they are ready to help with your auto or home insurance billing—just call us during office hours or contact the after-hours services team if we are away from the desk. Thank you.
